Founded in 2006 by Niecy Dennis White, Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA) is a global, innovative 501(c)3 and international NGO. In its almost two decade long history, WDGA has inspired youth in the USA and Kenya to remain committed to their education by highlighting the connections between the classroom and the workroom and exposing youth to career opportunities. Job Shadow days, internship experiences, workshops, coaching, and tutoring have consistently resulted in improved academic performance and professional prospects for all of the youth we have worked with over the years.
