WDGA implemented its 2steps2work programs in Kenya in 2006. The Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA) prepares the youth – tomorrow’s workforce – for economic independence through employment opportunities.
Now the 3Steps2Work Campaign delivers a program that equips youth to resolve conflict (Get Along) and provides the career development skills to become employable (Get Ahead) while also connecting with parents to provide assistance and support (Connecting with Family).
Our 3-step program involves connecting youth and their families with the ethics of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence!
These attributes lead to higher educational standards, improved performance, and upgraded quality of life helping to break barriers to destiny. Equipping Families with resources and create firm foundations.
Our goal is to educate, expose and empower the youth of Kenya, and to help their lights shine as bright as possible.
